नाबेल पुरस्कार प्राप्त करते समय जब उनसे पूछा गया कि दुनिया में शांति को कैसे बहाल किया जा सकता है, तो उनका जवाब था कि लोगों को अपने-अपने घरों में जाकर अपने परिवार के साथ प्रेमपूर्वक रहना चाहिए।
